I ordered the waterbed heater. It said free two years supply of waterbed conditoner. Well it didn’t come with conditioner. When I emailed them about it, copy and pasted the ad, I got no answer. I see that since I emailed them they have taken off the ad for the free condition. If you don’t plan on fulfilling what your ad says, then why annoy to fool people? Good thing I went ahead and ordered many condition or I could have been left with a bed with no conditioner. I still think I should get it. It shouldn’t have been in the ad! But I never got an email saying “our bad” It could have been nice to have at least sent a answer. I did purchase the heater and may have gone with another company!!!!

I have experience using/owning some number of airbeds and this is the best value for the quality of airbed this is.

Air pump and valve system: simply plug in, set valve to either inflate or deflate and let it do it is thing. Directions are easy to follow and adjusting the comfort level using the valve is a snap remember that the less air you use, the bouncier the bed will be.

Mattress design: The top edges are level with the bed and stable, eliminating the threat of slipping right off the bed onto the floor being it is a raised bed, it could be a longer drop. Sitting on the edge is comfy also.

Height: Perfect height for a person who is 5′4″. I pumped it up beside our sofa and the mattress is just as tall as the seats are.

Comfort: I favor to fill my air mattress to a firm feel so that the bed is more stable. That means when my husband rolls over in the center of the night, I do not bounce like a freighter on the high seas. This takes away from the comfort level in my mind since I love a cushy, soft mattress. I solved this by taking the 4″ memory bubble topper off of my queen size bed and placed it on the airbed. It sat perfectly on top and with the top of the airbed having that felt/fuzzy like surface it did not go anywhere. It felt heavenly.

Fitted Sheets: Well, I used a fitted sheet from my queen size bed and with the 4″ bubble topper on the airbed it fit just a bit loosely, but well enough to hold on the indentations of the airbed’s sides. I like to have that tucked in feel I ended up just making the bed by tucking the bed sheets under the bubble topper since it’s heavy enough to hold it all together.

Storage: The directions explain in detail how the bed may be deflated completely. It was not much trouble at all and rolled up nicely into the bag that it came with.

Conclusion: This airbed really addresses many of the problems I have had with other air mattresses. I love it and feel comfy offering it to my 60 year old parents to sleep on.

General: Given what is on the market, my best tell is to search for quality and size of the mattress itself 1st, and certainly pay attention to the air pump/valve system. There are many high profile airbed merchandise out there that are frustrating to use because of their pump/valve and can break easily.

If your airbed isn’t as comfy as you like, remember bubble mattress toppers are a great solution. There are costly variants of this specific airbed that come with a bubble topper attached, but I like the choice to use a separate bubble topper that I can have on my bed when the air bed is not in use :

Hubby and I got this mattress as a housewarming gift from my mother, so that relatives could come visit once we moved. We adore it so much, we now have two! You just plug it right in, and it fills up now. To deflate, you turn the handle the other way, flip the on switch, and it sucks all the air out of it till its flat as a pancake. No more have to kneel over it and push all of the air out with your hands and knees. Then it rolls up rather nicely and slides inside the duffel bag provided.

We dont have any very tall relatives, but we’re of average hight in general. Everyone has said they’re comfy on them. We have had about eight guests stay on these mattresses so far, and everyone wanted one and raved about how well they slept.

We have not had any problems with bedding staying on. I wonder why the other reviewer did? Maybe its because we used flannel sheets on them, and that with the friction of the flocked top made it stay on easier than sheets that are slick? Im not really sure. But we love it! :

previous to purchasing this air mattress I owned a Raised Coleman Queen. The Coleman had many round indentations on the top that could quickly develop pinhole size leaks. After repairing the second Coleman mattress for the 4th time, I went with the Intex.

The mattress included a fitted air pump and has a compartment for storing the electrical cord, which is roughly six feet long. The pump inflates the bed in a short total of time. There’s a dial that you may change throughout inflation to get the bed to your preference of firmness. There is a setting for deflating the mattress, which sucks the air out of the mattress and lets for easier folding.

The mattress is comfy and the flocked top holds the sheets well. Being a raised queen mattress, I properly expected deep pocket sheets could be a better fit. I am not sure how regular queen sheets could perform although it seems like the one star reviewer had a little trouble with them.

This mattress has held air for four months I “topped off” the air once. The long I beam design does a better job of distributing the weight. Unlike Coleman, Intex included some number of patches for the mattress should a leak develop.

Intex will include a duffle bag which lets you to easily store the folded mattress. The folded size inside the bag is about the dimensions of a small carry on suitcase.

I’d recommend this air mattress to others.

I have had it for about a week now, its my 1st memory bubble mattress, firm but comfy. It has that chemical smell for a couple days but it goes away, it doesnt come with any information but just open it up, wait a day or a couple hours like me for it to develop and release its smell and its an awesome night sleep. I still cant figure out who sarah peyton is or why she sells mattresses but i like her stuff. The cover is removable too which is convenient. I certainly recommend this to people on a budget with back ache, i live in Hawaii where shipping can rip a fat hole in your wallet, this was free shipping, i love you amazon! the beds cool too.
