6451 Wine Bottle Plant Nanny Stakes — Three 4-packs reviews:
Rating: Plant nannies
The wine bottle nannies work really well in keeping indoor and outdoor potted plants properly moistened. They’re also a pretty conservation part.

Rating: The best way to water!
I love these things! I use them for houseplants and in the garden to decrease the total of manual watering needed. Every not many weeks I mix up many Miracle Gro and fill the wine bottles with it and my plants have never looked better. I just wish I could find them locally because I am hooked.

Rating: Great idea paint the bottles
These work great for keeping your plants watered and you may be able to really

Jazz them up, particularly in plants that don’t bloom. Simply paint

Each wine bottle with pretty flowers using enamel paints paint the design upside down and place in a cold oven, turn on to 325 degrees, bake for 30 minutes and let the oven cool totally before you open it vital. The bottles are now pretty and will add color to your green pot plants also as water. They make really neat gifts for friends and family.

Rating: You can trust your plants to these nannies!
I 1st bought this plant nanny as a gimmick for my potted plants because I’m both an avid gardener and an avid wine drinker! I have since ordered three more “sets” of nannies.

Because the stakes are made of clay, I knew they could be an efficient watering tool. Was I surprised at just how efficient and fun they really are!

If you invert a regular size wine bottle into a five gallon pot, your plant will get a steady supply of water for about 2 2 1/2 weeks. With the bigger wine bottle, you may be able to get 3 three 1/2 weeks. I have used these for about a year now. I have left home for a month at a time and returned to healthy indoor and outdoor plants.

Follow the simple information. Completely water plants before inserting the stakes. Push the stake GENTLY into the wet soil. If you push hard, the clay will chip learned that one the hard way!. If the stake chips, you may be able to still use it! I have regular wine bottles in two chipped stakes. Then, simply invert a full bottle of water into the stake. Bigger potted plants need two bottles and stakes.

They became valued birthday and Christmas gifts for family and friends, and I’m generally proud to present them as a hostess gift.

It never fails to give a gift that you love yourself!

Rating: These will become your plant’s new best friend!
I came across these Plant Nanny spikes at my local Smith &amp, Hawken a while ago and have been in love with this product ever since! many of my plants are in windows, which tends to dry them out so quickly that I could oftentimes not water them sufficiently before they could start to show signs of distress. This product solved my problem and helped to ensure that my plants are properly watered not too wet, not too dry and look stylish to boot especially if you have a nice bottle..instant showpiece.

You simply press the spike into your houseplant or outdoor plants..you can use them everywhere and place an annulled bottle into the Plant Nanny. Your plant gets a uninterrupted watering, and if you use a clear bottle you may be able to see when the water level gets low and replinish before your plants take a nose dive.

One word of caution: as many other’s noted before me, you do want to be sure that your set isn’t broken: they’re made from something akin to terra cotta and may be a bit fragile, which makes shipping some a challenge if not done properly. As well, take care when you’re inserting these into soil.If you are too rough you will hear the heartbreaking sound of roots being ripped to shreds in your established houseplants!

Overall, I greatly recommend this product for anybody who is looking for an easy and pretty inexpensive way to keep their plants healthy.

SureFire E2D LED Defender Flashlight Max-120 Lumens E2DL-BK specifications:

  • Virtually indestructible, microprocessor controlled, light emitting diode LED has no filament to burn out or break, two stage light lasts for thousands of hours
  • Total interior Reflection TIR lens produces tightly focused beam with enough secondary light to accommodate peripheral vision
  • Crenellated Strike Bezel and scalloped tailcap supply improved self defense capabilities
  • Rugged aerospace grade aluminum body, Mil Spec Type III hard anodized in black
  • O ring sealed, weatherproof

SureFire E2D LED Defender Flashlight Max-120 Lumens E2DL-BK review:
Compact pocket sized, dual output LED flashlight intended for self defense and personal protection. The E2D LED Defender features a solid state, two stage light emitting diode that generates six times the output of a common two D cell flashlight at its high setting and five lumens of useful light enough to read a map or negotiate a black path on low. And should 120 lumens of blinding light not be enough to convince an aggressor to back off, the E2DL’s crenellated Strike Bezel and scalloped tailcap supply two sets of hard anodized aluminum “teeth” as a last line of defense. Two useful output levels, a long runtime, a hard anodized lasting outside, compact size, and improved personal protection potential make this flashlight a great everyday carry choice. Particularly for those looking for a self defense light with a bit more of a bite.

SureFire E2D LED Defender Flashlight Max-120 Lumens E2DL-BK reviews:
Rating: Unlisted feature
This is an unbelievable flashlight. As a defensive light you generally want the bright mode to come on 1st and not cycle through the low mode so that you may create a strobe effect and disorient an attacker and when I discovered that this light generally resets to high after being off for one to two seconds I knew I had a keeper.

Rating: Light saber with serious teeth
Holy crap, this thing is a beast. The front bezel on this light is sharp and pronounced. I would not ever want to get smacked in the forehead with this thing, though I can think of some people I’d like to pop with it. It really does have teeth! On the SureFire web site you may be able to read the story of a man that used it to help haul himself out of a frozen lake!

The scalloped rear bezel is nice also. Less pronounced teeth that are more rounded at the edge. Less sharp and more blunt. Most likely could bust out a window nicely in an emergency, and I suppose it could be good to be able to lash out with either end in a sticky situation. Another nice feature is that the scalloped end lets this puppy to stand up like a candle.

The high beam is F, in broad day light, and the low beam is perfect for most applications. The low beam is on par with most of the other lights I already have, so I expect to get really good battery life by reserving the high beam for special situation. The fill is , and it casts a nice round pattern for a long distance.

I wish they made this light in a single cell variant. It’s pretty long. I just ordered a E1B, which is their new “backup” light. When it arrives, I will be making a last choice about which to keep. It is just so hard to choose without laying your hands on one of these lights. If I keep the E2D or opt out to keep the E1B will rely usually on size and form factor, but the E2D is a real winner if you do not mind the length nearly 14 cm.

Rating: The Best Flashlight
I owned my Surefire E2d Since 2005 and it never failed me. The finish has held up and I have only replaced the bulb once. This device does double responsibility as a kubotan or affect weapon. I carry this with me with an ASP Key Defender pepper spray baton at all times. You never know when you’ll need a good light to save your life.

Rating: Best Flashlight I have ever ownded
The E2D LED Defender is the best flashlight I have ever owned. It’s a mini frame that’s well built. The metal build feels hard in the hand and is easy to hold, so light you hardly notice it.

The beam is crazy bright. It’s marketed as self defense, and boy will it blind somebody. I use it everywhere, particularly hunting. Hunters may not believe this, but it isn’t far off from a full size, plug in to the lighter power, Q Beam. I can light up the house across the street, close to 50 yards.

I thought the money was high, but to have a pocket sized light that may be used if the Q Beam goes out, or if I want to get in the back of a truck and do not have a power outlet.

I greatly recommend this flashlight.

Rating: Great Tactical Flashlight
The features are self explanatory, so I will not get into those here. Just know that the build quality of this flashlight is second to none. As well, the SureFire web site surefire.Com/articles_reviews has many great info on how to carry and use their merchandise.

HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer reviews:
Rating: HP OfficeJet 6500 Wireless All in one Printer
This printer is a complete part of garbage and shouldn’t be sold to anybody who wants a dependable wireless printer. I have spent the better part of six hours installing this software and every time I get the error can not detect my network. I dont have firewall turned on or an anti virus. This print just simply won’t install vi wireless. I’ll be returning this printer to but a lexmark printer that I can connect straight to a router. I have four PC now connected and functioning on my network.

If you want a good dependable printer don’t purchase THIS PRINTER!!!!!!!!

Rating: Great Printer for Mac OS X
I just finished setting up this printer and had none of the problems mentioned in other reviews. I just followed the directions and it quickly set itself up and joined my wireless network and is printing from all of my computers!

Compared to HP printers I have owned from the late 90s which did not support OS nine or X, this printer works wonderfully with my Macs. Setup was a breeze and I suspect easier than with Windows, judging by other reviews and the software is tailored to OSX. The printer joined the network with Bonjour and the software comes with a Dashboard widget to monitor printer cartridges a vast improvement over Windows centric HP printers of the past.

If you are considering printers to use with your Mac, this is a great choice. Do not let the setup nightmare stories of Windows users deter you OSX and the HP software makes it really easy and foolproof just follow the directions.

Rating: Great, though a little overwhelming
I bought this when it has been priced at $135 and think it was a great deal. I have only had my printer a day, but set up was easy except when I neglected to disable my anti virus software and got a fail message just as the original install was about to conclude. I bought this model because I needed a new printer with wireless potential and have generally been happy with HP. At the time I ordered this it was the cheapest model meeting those prerequisites, so the scanner, copier and fax features are just bonuses.

It is a bit noisier than my old HP but the speed is unbelievable and the auto double sided printing works just as portrayed. The copier feature works well too. I tried out the scanner still and dont have plans to use the fax. In general it is an excellent purchase if it has more features than I need.

Rating: No FAX With Digital Service!!
This machine can not FAX if you have a digital system. It’s intended only for analog. If you purchase this unit and have Comcast digital service, you must pay them $100 to set up a special analog device plus pay $10/month for the analog “fix”. This is seemingly a common problem with digital fax machines. Unfortunately, HP doesn’t tell you about this problem in their literature.

Rating: Installation is a big pain
I have been working on the installation for more than five hours and still counting..The installation is a big ache. Here is what happened:

1. I followed the start up guide faithfully till step eight and the printer is supposed to print a test page now. Would not print, said “paper jam”. Of course that wasn’t possible because it had not printed anything yet! Played with the paper tray, shut down and turn it on again, printer mad tons of noises, received many error messages accusing me of interrumpting initiation, then it refused to do anything at all.

2. Installed the software on my mac. Whe it reached the point that it searched for the device, it froze. Had to quit, uninstall and start again. Same thing happened. This time I quit, opened HP manager, chose to skip setup so I could complete the installation, , then use the HP manager to finish the set up. Big pain!

3. Now I am trying to connect the printer to my lenovo netbook using wireless. Got many error message: communication error possibly caused by firewall, okay I turned off the firewall, but then “your computer and the printer are on different network” garbage, there’s only one wireless network! tried again, this time: the printer does not support wireless. I gave up: I am uninstalling and reinstalling the system all over again.

It is totally unacceptable for a printer to take this long to install. Totally ridiculous. Should be a ten minutes thing, and indeed none of the last 10+ printers I have used took more than 30 minutes. Had I recognized this, there is no way I purchase this stupid printer.

Additional cons: NOISY!!! and slow! Strangely it makes many of sound AFTER it prints anything, for like 1+ minute.

This is one buy I really hate. If I bought it at a local store, I could totally returned it.
